Visited us from Argentina wanting to explore Bhutan and North India. Their response on our services took us over the moon which they mentioned, when Nitin and his family had them over for dinner and drinks at their home –“The hospitality experience in India is so very personalized with the hotels, drivers, guide and every person that meet you, you feel so welcomed with the warmth that they transmit. Never felt so like home even when away from home.”
These extremely fine and elegant ladies visited us wanting to explore every corner of India along with experiencing the Festival of Colours, “Holi” In Udaipur. From Delhi in the North, to Jodhpur in North West, to Cochin in the South and finishing at Calcutta in the East. We did our best to keep them as comfortable as possible so that they can indulge in everything India has to offer. No wonder their comments were –“The Holi experience at the City Palace was a royal experience. India is beautiful with its landscapes but at the same time the distances are long. Loved the stay in Goa and Kerala. North India and South India are like too different beautiful countries with different but beautiful landscapes, people, foods etcetera.”
They loved the trip and services, was travelling with his family, expressed keen interest to meet Dalai Lama but since Dalai Lama was out of country they couldn’t meet him so they want to come back. We arranged their travel with luxury and boutique hotels. As per them Kashmir was the highlight of the whole travel experience.
Travelled to India wanting to experience the Golden Triangle to which we suggested adding Mumbai, the financial capital of India. Our continuous effort for a fulfilling travel experience is to do something extra and exclusive, taking in consideration our client’s needs and wants. It’s always a pleasure when the guest leaves wanting to come back to experience more of India and its subcontinent, that’s why we were very happy when they bid adieu saying the following: “The attention to the details and the professionalism was something we loved. We definitely hope to come back again and again.”
When we got a query for their travel in 2015, we realized they wanted the best of everything and we were thrilled since this is exactly what we do – Do the best in our capability, be it operations, client management or be it product development. We knew exactly how to turn a trip including India, Nepal and Bhutan into somethingextraordinary, so much so that these travellers loved our services and returned again in 2016, this time to travel within India by private charter.
Travel is for absolutely everyone and we certainly loved it when we actually got to prove that theory right at the time we had clients travelling with a wheel chair which was at their service throughout their trip, the hotels that were chosen were comfortable and appropriate for their ease of movement with bigger room sizes, a 24/7 Concierge service and an accompanying guide. Before they left they promised to come back soon for a longer stay.
Flying all the way from Argentina, Maria Eugenia and Maria Florencia mentioned how much they loved Varanasi – A city that can overwhelm you, lift you, engage you, inspire you and completely enrich you. We are glad that they felt the same –
“We loved the spiritual calling of India with Varanasi being the highlight that takes you back telling you tales of the mythological past with the sacred Ganges river.”
One of the legends in Soccer and known for his impulses, his travel booking made us very nervous not for any other but the fact that most of our team members are his fans. We managed his stay in a super luxury hotel in Maldives with private sea planetransfers and fast track services in the airports with exclusive clearance of immigrations.
When our guests can spare some time from their daily activities, our Founder & Chief Travel Designer Nitin and his family loves to invite them to their home for drinks and dinner, just a casual evening of chit chat and getting to know each other’s cultures, families, etc. We had one such traveller, a humble person who was travelling alone and did a culturaltrip of Golden Triangle with Varanasi, Khajuraho and Kolkata as he wished to visit the Mother Teresa home. Touched by the time spent with the family he promised Nitin that he will stay with them for a day in their home on his next trip.
